tonite we faced b33r and i really looked forward to it.
round 1 starts and nightwolf, and dont blink take the offence job at heart, and jake, atlas and myself went for Defence jobs.
jake wants to demo so he gets to demo, somehow he amazes me by blowing everything to kingdom come.
atlas preferes solly, but on this map he had to admit that hw would be better for him so he kept switching between the 2.
i played engineer since that about the only thing i know a bit on how to do that (get sg up, hide in all the wrong places and let your gun get killed over and over)
gotta love those tiny corridors, cant get anything build in a easy way, really gotta fiddle but still, i had a sg most of the time, so i could play my guitar on the attic ;)
atlas in the mean time was yelling for armor alot so i had me a semi spanking evening with him (sorry i didnt have more time to give you a good spanking)
and wile we were having our fun in our base, our defence was getting their steady caps in, b33r did get a cap out as well for wich they worked like nothing else to achieve (my guys were meanies, and kept deffing flag a long time) eventually it was 3-1 or 4-1 for us and then atlas's netgear sayd FU.. and he crashed, took him ages to get back cause at the same time his steam crashed too, and eventually his pc as well lol
poor atlas.
this on the other hand gave j3di's men the chance to do some damage, and dang, they did, with 1 full relay and 1 semi wich they still got out pretty fast, and yes, that means they had 3 in a row b4 atlas returned :(
darn netgear...
but, his return meant we would be able to hold the fort for the remainder of the match and our offy managed to get 1 more flag out so we won the round 40-50 gj to squishy and lex to take full advantige of the moment, couldnt have worked out much better :D
now round 2 we figured to let dontblink and jake change spots so DB can demo and jake can offy.
this round basicly is the same as round 1 with enough fire to heat a volcano but sadly their offence went less times attic then i hoped, only a few dispenser kills for me :(
of course did atlas's netgear decide to be ghey yet another few times, b4 end of prematch, so we needed a restart, and 2 times in a row ingame, but DB and myself kept the damage minimal and b33r offence wasnt really able to take advantige like they did round 1, still they fought hard for 3 flags in total
and Db was even more evil a demoman as jake was, how wonderfull ^_^ so i had a easy job :P
and our offy? they took home 5 flags and jake was constantly bitching at night wich reminded me of the good ol' days of SMP...
