We had some issues running the .cfg on our server, so we ended up playing both rounds on EKs server. It ends up though, EK did not appear to have the correct .cfg either.
Instead, we simply played one "round" under the old config, where EK got 2 chances on offense, and bloc got one chance on offense. Then, for the second "round" we simply took one shot at offense then both teams left the server. In effect, both teams each got 2 shots at offense and defense, as the actual .cfg would have had us do.
The actual score: Bloc had 12 captured points to 1 captured points for EK.
