4w over LloD
Firstly I have to say that LloD played a great game, and it was a pleasure to meet them on the dust-filled bowl.
Round 1, 4w offense
We didn't have much of a strategy, and hoped that mass confusion would allow us to cap early, which we ended up doing; with about 10 points on red we got cap1. Gate 2 opens and I've never seen a tougher defense for gate 2. For a long time we couldn't even get out of the gate, but finally managed to get passed them and put the flag on cap 2. Gate 3 we had 2 snipers try and get the sgs, but only Hybrid got the shot off before a nicely timed demo pack took them out. When we got the flag near their cap point, I set up round the clock demo blasting to get our spys over the defense. Took a while but eventually we capped it.

Round 2, 4w defense
We spent a good hour yesterday assigning positions, and it paid off. For gate one we had rotating hws to cover up the hut, with 3 demos doing controlled spamming. We held them off a little longer on cap1, but a great spy on offense did a gren jump and pushed the flag a few inches onto the cap, with me to detonate my pipes just a moment too late. Cap 2 we didn't hold the gate as long as they did, but we managed to hold the back of the cap a very long time. The flag would get near but we'd hold them back with 3 demos on the flag and hws and a soldier constantly working the rafters. My hat comes off to our two poor engies who were frantically running about trying to keep up 2 sgs in the midst of chaos, good work Boba and Digital. We held cap 2 til another spy came and capped it with about 6 minutes in the game to go. Gate 3 they took both the sentries down as the gate opened, but our engies were sneaky and were repairing their friend's sgs, so the sgs came back up quickly. Offense took the flag down the grate but Decoy the Demo was waiting for them along with a hw and me. Eventually our soldier came down so it was four of us against anyone who came down the grate. A sneaky soldier on offense came and took us out from behind and moved the flag up, but there just wasn't enough time on the clock for them to cap.
