Run Lola, Run!!!!
Sorry, had to throw in that foreign film plug. We really did play run last night against Ni. I gotta tell ya, nothing better than playing one of the funnest, most chaotic maps there is against a bunch of really great players and even greater people.
Round 1
We jumped out to their server. They had a small ping advantage (hell, I wouldn't want a server that didn't give me a small home advantage), but mostly what they had on their server was a play advantage. The jumped out and scored 5 caps in a row before Budzie managed to avoid everybody and cap (I think he capped just before he crowbar killed Kid Lupus ;)) . We managed one more. I pretty much stumbled across the flag on accident and had no choice but to try to find my way to the loading dock. They pounded out 4 more flags before we even looked up. We did stop them from scoring in the last 7ish minutes but, I think they just got tired of running the flag over. I'm sure I will have nightmares of Stryder's pipes in my sleep. What a fun round.

Round 2
We headed to our server (we are very spoiled I just have to say), made a few changes and figured we would do what ya do on this map...kill stuff and run the flag. /tmp did much better this round but the Knights of Ni still managed to kill us more than we could kill them. I'm pretty proud of how we played, we actually managed to win the round 7-5, unfortunately the lead that Ni had from round 1 prevented us from getting a win for the match. In the end though, everyone won: those that don?t like RUN don?t have to play it anymore, and those that love RUN got to play against a very good team which always makes for one hellava time.
