SoL over NAR
We knew it would be a great matchup and a great night... We've known NAR for a very long time and would've been very happy to see them take the match. After losing two title shots this season, we were also hoping for a win to break our bad karma.
We played both rounds on the very comfortable NAR server. The first match was intense, my blind luck saved the scout rush as I fell down the pit for the first of a gazillion times tonight right in the path of their O. We stopped the rush, but it was non-stop intense action from that beginning to end. Dizzying scouts and meds, a spy to boot, a soldier here and there... gah, insane. SoL managed a win on this one.
Second verse, same as the first... not a chance, NAR wasn't having any of that. This time, they pulled out a solly or two pretty consistenly to pave the way for their scouts. NAR fought very hard for this round and the closer score shows for it. We still managed to scrape by with the win.
In this match, I will say accidentally getting stuck on the stinkin air lifts, accidentally falling in the pit a gazillion times, and Moe's rockets owned me! Very good game NAR. We'll look forward to the next time around with yas for sure.
