Second time we've played DP2... they're even better than last time. Thank god for map choice privelege, wheeeeee!
Round 1 :: Darkness

The map that defense hates. Pretty sure DP2 hadn't played it in a match before, which means they did really really well! They learned pretty quick too, by the second round they were taking their doors down just as fast as us. Both bases had offense pouring in at every pore, uhg. 6 - 2 the first round (tmp blue), 14-12 second round. Good job DP2!

Round 2 :: Pipezone

This is DP2's specialty map, and good god did it show. /tmp has played this map once before, and we did pretty well. Not this time. I lost count of DP2's all caps. They came. They saw. They whipped out their pimp canes and beat us into gravy. I think they would have been killing us with quad flags if that were possible, just abrading us to death with rough fabric. Chafe chafe chafe. Blegh.
Final score 350 - 120 for DP2. Apporoximently. I don't even know, I was in too much anguish to get a screen shot. Bad DP2! Bad as in baddass.
Round 3 :: Torch2

There were a lot of grumpy /tmps ready for revenge come this round. We decided that their base was a telephone booth and that we were drunken frat boys. Stuff stuff stuff. Room for a couple more? SHOVE 'EM IN! Everyone wore flag underwear, the two closest people to the toilet would perform a power wedgy and then clog the plumbing for the score, then barf in the pot for good measure. Viva torch2 shennangins! Oh you kids.
Final score 270 - 40 for /tmp. Something like that. Again, I was kinda distracted.
Good game DP2. Wow, I got almost all the way through this writeup with mentioning /tmp/Beck_America. I would have sooner if Beck had set a new prematch spam record, but alas, it did not happen.
