/tmp Finishes "Well" To End TFL Season 6
The last week of Season 6 in TFLeague and we some how found a way to pull out a win on Well. Our second season in TFL and first in division 2a has been a tough one with a not too favorable map list and with wins hard to come by. Thursday we had the pleasure of playing |Kos|. Every match or scrim we've had with these guys have been very close, and this match was no exception.
Round 1 was on /tmp's server and a few of Kos's key folks were lagging a bit. They still managed to pull one of our flags, but /tmp defense made them work every bit for it. /tmp yanked 3 flags out of the Kos base with much work. Special mention goes out to Twizted, it was the first match for our newest /tmp-er, wewt!
Round 2 on Kos's server where the east coasters were feeling more comfortable. I decided to keep our D the same and not make any substitutions since we were playing really well. Our offense put in 4 fresh bodies though (I guess the first crew were worn out, the pansies). Kos played much better this round, both offensively and defensively. At the end of the round though, it was a tie, both teams only managed 2 caps each.
Final Score
50-30 /tmp over Kos
