KoR over ADSL
Tonight started of what was sure to be a interesting and much closer match that it seemed.
Rnd1 Wido
After a few restarts both clans have 9 players with [ADSL] actually holding about a 50-70ms ping advantage over the home team. Which wasn't fair :( I had my normal 400 ping everyone was set and ready to go. [ADSL] get that button down quick and starts to move the flag and I started to get worried. About 5 min into the match we figure out the hole in the ADSL D and start going in. Both flags being moved alot and scored tied at about halfway. About this time i stepped on probably 50 caltrops and was getting annoyed at their scout, As all I could see is shiny things fly at me. Still tied we figure out a way to tighten the defense and kick the O up a notch to bring home 2 more caps. To end the rnd 8-8
After a brief intermission to change shoes to a pair that didn't have holes in them and bandage up the caltrop marks, ADSL decides to use Wido again. So rnd 2 will now be played on our server, again with ADSL holding the ping advantage.
This time ADSL changes their D and it took us a while again to find that hole. Meanwhile the great ADSL O squad takes more of our flags,and their D holding us to a minimum. To my dismay I didn't encounter anymore caltrops :) but instead I found pills...which i think i woulda rather had caltrops. Our D made some more adjustments and tightened down Alot and kept the ADSL guys busy while our O found the gap in their D and started to exploit the gap. Once we figured out a way around that setup the caps kept coming as our Defense widdled away at the ADSL peeps. rnd ended 9-5 bringing the total to 17-11
