Aside from all the bullshit I had to deal with due to Monkey_Madness_r causing various servers to crash, I had an awesome time playing a clan as classy and talented as |RES|. (Note: They have an awesome server, I am jealous)
Round 1
We hadn't touched this map since last Sunday where we had a good hour of practice on it, but we felt our way through it and it turned out we had a solid strategy. Unfortunately, round 1 we didn't plan for them moving the flag down the pit, so every flag that got down left. Luckily, it was tighter round 1 in the flag room so they got less flags down. Our offense was matching them cap for cap, 5-5 at the end.
Round 2
Simply amazing round here, during prematch I figured out a strat to keep a hold of those flags that left, and we went with it. We must have returned five or six flags that way, so mision accomplished. Our offense just came through and their comms were bad ass. 90-60 us at the end of this round.
This was our first time meeting |RES| in the tfc arena and I can't even begin to say how thrilled I am to play you all. Can't wait until next time, GG!
