TDA over Nx^
-Rd1-
We used our server both rds. We came in pretty confident about our D strat, we felt we could shut them out if we stuck too it.
Nx got the first couple of touchs with TDA's O slowly pulling one. Nx's O spy got through our D and took it out himself. We quickly
took notes like school kids and adjusted to the O spy. Nx went up 1 - 0. There O stayed steady, and ours pounded hard. Around mid way
through we managed to pull one and tie it 1 - 1. Both teams got some flag movement but never got it out. Round ends 1 - 1
-Rd2-
We knew it was going to be a nailbitter again. We kept our D the same with no changes. Our O drank some magic go go juice couristy of
Jiggs and we pulled out a quick first cap to open it up. Our D stayed strong but Nx was getting some solid flag movement. We adjusted
and tried to hold as best we could but eventally they pulled it down like a prom dress. Again the game was tied 2 - 2 with about 15 mins
left. It got quite for about 5 mins, the Nx's O came outta retirement like Micheal Jordan. They pulled a flag outta the flag room, and
took it out the hall. Our O kept pounding hard, with Nx getting the flag to the open ramp room. We totally adjusted our D from that point.
We moved our sg's around and moved the flag room D up some and with 5 mins left we got the flag to return. We where all sweating. Round ends 1 - 1,
with the game tied 2 - 2. Overtime baby!
-OT-
IGL rules have OT 6 v 6 with 15 mins sudden death. We decided to take no chances and went 4D and 2O. We knew it would just take time and O could do it.
Jiggs and Perm pounded it hard like madmen. Nx got some good flag movement early but our D held it. Our O got the flag to the hall, and continued
with some nice tosses to get it out. Our D stayed solid and our O got the flag to the yard with some more tosses. We took OT 1 - 0.
This was my most intense match ever, and it was very well played by both clans. We look forward to seeing you again Nx. VGG!!
