M over PFM
We played the fine people over at |PFM| tonight on everyone's favorite map, ss_nyx_l! (spelling?) It was a great game all around, although cut short unfortunately. =(
Round 1 was played on |PFM|'s server, with even pings on both sides. During the prematch, a heated argument took place regarding the likelihood that worldspawn would be a factor, given that there are close to 8 million spawn pads inside the spawn for you to spawn in. I believe we agreed that there was NO WAY a spawn with SO MANY SPAWN PADS BLATANTLY STREWN ABOUT THE ROOM would allow the worldspawn devil to enter...sadly, we were mistaken. In retrospect, I blame M.Freak for being an idiot. Back to the actual match...started out quick paced with all sorts of meds and spies paying our flagroom a visit...fortunately for myself our flagroom came equipped with an invisible wall. Meds would run in, hit their head on something...and we would finish them while they stood perplexed! It was ingenius! However, through the use of osmosis the |PFM| offence was able to sneak past early on to pull out a well-earned cap...once again, entirely M.Freak's fault. Defensive MVP award goes!
out to M.CdTriX for his 4 crowbar kills...I just wish he wouldn't talk about them out loud! Meanwhile, the M offence got into gear and pulled out cap after cap from the clutches of the |PFM| defence! I believe they were driven by their desire to escape the wrath of my WHIP OF DOOM, and knew what was best for them....offensive MVP goes to high-scorer M.busta, or as they call him on the street, "bitch". Lots of kills later, the round ends with M on top 140-15!
Sadly, |PFM| could not play round 2 due to roster troubles, so we wish them all the luck in the future and look forward to our next meeting! GG!
M.Freak takes the "SNEAKY SON OF A BITCH" award from M.foLtage by asking me to fix his armor, then attempting to drop me into the pit. Extra points for laughing at me using ingame. M.SubAt0Mic just needs to die for shooting my sentry gun, and is going to get detted next match...and that is a promise.
