Well we?re back from our one week of being inactive from STA Gold with a whole new roster of recruits at our disposal.
Tonight we played [PheaR] after a great scrim with GoW. By the way GJ with the 3 year anniversary, hope to see you guys around another 3 years and thanks for all the pre-game scrims, it really helped us test our strat today.
Round 1 ? We started out low in numbers on D, because of bad telefrag in the respawn. Giving their O time to rush and get the flag to the bottom of the spiral. But our D stopped them and we got the return. After that our D was solid throughout the match giving away 2 caps, because for some stupid mistakes. Our O didn?t have any trouble throughout the match capping and relaying as much as they could, but their D adapted and held our O in the last couple minutes. Result: 115-20 - ]KO[.
Round 2 ? We came up with a little plan to stop the telefrag this time. Our O respawned 3 seconds after the D, thanks O. Our D got was setup and ready, but this time their O came with a vengence to make up for round 1. They got sneaky with a couple spies slipping in the flag room here and there, leading to some caps. They also rushed one side for 5 minutes and then the other, leaving our D a little confused. But our D held strong, and stopped all the relays from there caps. Our O also did a wonderful job adjusting to their new D strat, and pulled out as many caps as they could, keeping up the pace they showed round one. Result: 100-55 ? ]KO[

GG [PheaR], we felt relieved to get ride of that 6 game losing streak. We haven't gotten a win in a while due to our O roster being lacking, good job recruits, you helped show that we still have the stuff.
