M over OpM
What better way to herald the return of TFC league play after the holiday break than to have it played on openfire_l, which everybody knows is the cleanest map ever created! Somewhere, far away, there are angels crying...
Round 1 was played on the M. server, with roughly even pings. M gets going to a quick start, snagging the flag after a brief and unsuccessful scout rush! I rush the flag home, only to be killed by my teammates on the way in. No biggie, I say to myself, it was an honest mistake! When it happened again the next 3 times, I became slightly suspicious...but anyways, that is all irrelevant! [OpM!] gets a few good flag moves, and seemed on the brink of capping a few times, but the M defense didn't seem to want to let go! Defensive MVP award goes to M.PaLaGi, who shows us all time and time again how being legally retarded does not necessarily have to detract from your TFC game! He's a real trooper, ladies and gentlemen...what a brave lad. Offensive MVP *SHOULD* go to myself because I had a bajillion kills, but since I am compelled to appear unbiased, I shall award the prize to M.senor, who's spy pills and constant body blocking were thrilling reminders of why I hate him so m!

For round 2 we all shifted over to the [OpM!] server, with roughly equal pings once again. Apparently, Operation Mayhem was not only their clan name, but their motto as well! Pyros, snipers, and a barrage of spies all served to blind me with explosions, napalm, and flying innards! Things got going much slower this round...at least it seemed that way from my new D position! My razz-ma-tazz was going strong, and our defense managed to shut the [OpM!] offense out once more! RAZZ-MA-TAZZ! On the offensive end, being now razz-ma-tazz-less, our O was only able to pull half the caps as the previous razz-ma-tazz-filled round! As you can see from this sham of a writeup, I did not actually see anything at all...so I am going to conclude that Alan Houston plays a shoddy basketball game, and that the St.Louis Blues are going to win 10 straight Stanley Cups. Round ends with M on top 4-0!
