i had 400 ping in our server which brought the average to even and i wasnt complaining. we go to ur server and guess what u guys magivally are all under 100 and we r all over 100 with the exception of hydro. if we cant use our server than we r at a disadvantage in every match. the reason we have a west coast server is becasue the majority of the clan is west coast. gg bias admins.

Our server had about 20 ping difference and on your "neutral" server the difference was 40+ ty for your biassed ruling. Want screenshots? They had a 56k'er btw
You shouldnt be an admin if you can't be mature about these situations and give fair judgments.
++After we were told to find another server because DO's average ping was so much higher than ours we went to Gemini's "neutral" server (an east coast server)

40+ on the neutral server? We had 15-20 higher ping throughout the round. I'm not sure what the problem is with having the same pings, unless you wanted the advantage of using a west coast server just because we had even higher pings on it. I'm not sure who our 56k guy was, I didn't even know one was in our clan.
The reason you were suspended from TFL was what you said to the admins after the match.
You still haven't said what was unfair about the judgement. DO has higher pings on both servers.
This isn't the place to bring flames, especially against league admins.
TFL wasn't gay, your clan was.

this all started because you brought a tfl admin into the server so u could get a ruling on the pings in which was the same or less difference than on the neutral server. The ruling Gemini gave made us leave a westcoast server for an eastcoast server.. Neutral, i dont think so. THAT is a biassed ruling. Is he looking to join DO or something?

I have known Gemini for a long time and have delt with him on other rulings in the past. Sometimes his rulings have gone against us, sometimes for us, but I have never seen him make a horrible judgement like you make it sound. Gem always has his reasons and there are always other league's if you don't like his.
Try being an admin in one of these league's sometime. There is always going to be one clan with some people who are pissed after a ruling. Just deal with it and move on.
