AFM over CwO
We had the pleasure of playing the always classy CwO clan tonight on torch2.
Round1: We started things off at our server. Both defenses played relatively strong on what is typically an offensive dominated map. No doubt, the recon gamer lag had something to do with that, as both clans had difficulty hitting the money concs. At any rate, both teams pretty much dug in on defense and both offenses brought heavier classes. This round was damn even, until the last ten minutes or so, when we managed to cap a few, while the CwO offense slowed down a bit. After one, AFM 70 CwO 40.
Round2: We headed to CwO's server, and the round went pretty much the same as round one. Offensive soldiers on both teams beating on us poor defensive engys. After about 20 minutes, of trading caps back and forth, CwO brought the house in an attempt to cut into the round one deficit. Although initially successful, the AFM offense managed to score a few times against the shorthanded CwO defense, while some skilled (in other words hillbilly ass lucky) goalie play by sudiphed and AFM's very own t5 demo Prez (inside joke) somehow stopped a relentless assault on the ol' slimy pot.
