F3 over IOD
Ummmm, can you say Holy Shit?!!? Finally F3's loosing streak on Torch2 ends =D
Round 1 - IOD Server: Was a bit laggy for us easterners on their server, but was playable. Kan3da managed to pull out a quick cap on a hella nice scout rush to give us the early lead. I gotta hand it to BigRichard, most of his concs were right on and he was tearing us apart from the inside, capping multiple times giving them a pretty nice lead. We made acouple imgame changes and changed D alittle bit. Their D contained our O for the majority of the round after that. Mad props to IOD HW in pot, owned us hardcore. Our Offense starting coming back, but by the time they got it really started, the round had ended with IOD ahead by 3 caps. 100-70
Round 2 - F3 Server: Ahhhh, back in the land of happy pings, but i guess it was the opposite for IOD as it was for us on their server. Sitting in prematch we all had one thing on our minds...win. IOD came at us with the same Offense as first round, and we were ready. Our secret weapon: Draft. He played a mjor part in our win calling out incomings from battlements, which allowed us to get a jump start on BigRichard concin from bottom. Our Offense started out very slow, not capping till about 10 minutes in. But once they realized that the game they played was TEAM Fortress Classic, the came together and worked on IOD's Defense. Once they settled down and started working together, the caps came, and came....and came. They were on fire and never looked back. Towards the end IOD was sending in some extra Offense, but we were well prepared and kept the Defense nice and strong.
