M over Rabid

We faced the fine chaps over at [Rabid] tonight, and I must first commend them on playing a great and clean game! We've had a shortage of those recently, and man did it feel good to avoid banning 5-6 people in our chan in the minutes immediately following the 2nd round!

Round 1 was scheduled to play on our server, but a few of our ladies decided that the lag was too much, so [Rabid] graciously let us use theirs! The round started off quickly, with both teams getting quick flag movement on the rush! However, the M defense was able to lock down, and the flag did not move further than the elevator! Over at the other end, our offense was able to pull the flag out for the first cap of the round! Unfortunately for the [Rabid] offense, today saw the long-awaited return of our Women's Champion, M.foLtage! Head held high, tiara balanced ever so precariously on her hair, foLt waltzed into the server with the intention to lock the flag down...and succeeded for the most part! This is a very happy time for us...it's about damn time that M.Lonestar had a fellow female clanner to talk to during our matches. At times, we had to tell them both to quit gossiping and focus on the damn match! But anyways...[Rabid] manages to pull out a hard earned flag from our clutches, while the M offense keeps the caps flowing. Defensive high scorer goes to M.CdTriX, who scores himself the MUCH COVETED DEFENSIVE MVP TROPHY! Dreams really do come true, my friends, if you only believe in yourself! Offensive MVP should theoretically go to M.busta, but since he molests small children, I will award the prize to M.PaLaGi, whose 11th hour arrival allowed us to remove the 8v9 disadvantage! DID YOU EVER KNOW THAT YOU'RE MY HERO PALAGI!? YOU'RE EVERYTHING I WISH I COULD BE!! And so on and so on! Round ends with M on top 91-17!

For the second round, we piled into our recongamer, and I would just like to say RIGHT NOW that I got worldspawned and had to wait 10 seconds! TEN! WHY ON EARTH would they make you wait 10 seconds?! WHY?! I see absolutely NO REASON for this other than to make fine citizens such as myself angry. Once again, both clans get the quick touches on the flag, but this time both sides manage to hold the flag! Our offense got rolling slower this time around, no doubt due to the fact that M.foLtage was no longer around to impress. She leaves a hole in all of our hearts, I swear it. The M offense manages to pull out a few caps over the course of the round, while the [Rabid] defense just could not penetrate the deadly combination of SubAt0Mic's uncanny mutant powers, CdTriX's cheats, Lonestar's fast and furious non-stop action in the water, busta's ability to molest small children at a frightening pace, and my incredible, INCREDIBLE OWNAGE! Defensive MVP goes to M.busta this time, sadly enough, as I refuse to give trix another one. There is a small explosive device attached to yours busta...it won't go off today, it won't go off tomorrow, but someday. Offensive MVP goes to M.Cavalier, our resident American idiot. The fact that he named himself after the SHITTIEST CAR IN THE WORLD must tell you something! Maybe you can use your MVP trophy as a car, because that will STILL BE BETTER THAN WHAT YOU GOT NOW! COROLLA > CAVALIER! Aaaaaand yea, round ends with M on top 35-4!

Final score: 126-21, M wins!
