WOW! What can I say? That was one of the most intense matches I had ever been witness to in a long while. Round one started off at a rather hectic pace, and both -DT- and .cD were pulling flags out of each other's base at a rather rapid pace. When the round ended, we were lucky enough to have two more caps than Certain Demise. Or recap, it looked like our offensive engineer made the difference in the first round. His unexpected SG often surprised and chewed up their O faster than they knew where it was. Round two had be chewing my fingers to the bone! They took a page out of our play book, and employed their own offensive engineers. They scored two caps to even the match score, before we were able to score four unanswered caps! The second round wound down with .cD getting a third cap, and dragging a fourth out of the flag room. The match ended shortly after the flag returned, and much rejoicing could be heard as DT pulled out a win over a clan that we had considered unbeatable. Although there was some pot shooting during the match, I felt it wasn't enough to mar the match. Certain Demise is definitely an incredible clan who gave us one hell of a run for our money, and we would be honored to play them anytime and anywhere.
