CD over IOD
What a match! We played our old buddies, IOD tonight on the very O friendly Fry_baked 8v8.
Both rounds were on our server where IOD held the slight ping advantage.
The first round saw both squads trading caps until IODs RR D dropped, at which point our O pulled us ahead by about 4 caps. Then late in the round, wouldn't you know it, our RR D dropped, allowing IOD back in the game.
R1 - CD = 14-13
The 2nd round started with IOD jumping all over us and pulling ahead by atleast 3. About a third of the way in our D settled down and managed a couple returns and gave our O a chance to catch up. The last 10 minutes was neck and neck with both teams capping almost simultaniously. When the blood and gibs settled, CD had a narrow 1 cap lead for the round. Man was that a heart racer for me.
R2 - CD = 15-14
Final CD = 29-27
Great Game IOD. As usual, we look forward to the next time.
