M over CD
Tonight we squared off against the always pleasurable [CD] squad in TFL action...too bad the map was bases2k1, which just plain sucks ass! Of course this is just my opinion, but what else matters, really.
To prepare myself for round 1 action, I took extra precautions this time around. I carefully sandpapered the surface, to prevent any potential splinters and other such safety hazards from occurring. I also sprayed the surface with a disinfecting solution to kill any germs that might be lurking around. Finally, I ended the process with a quick waxing, to ensure maximum smoothness and gloss. All that remained now was to sit down, and BAM I WAS IN BENCH MODE. From my standpoint, it was difficult to ascertain what was really going on inside the server, as there was a large fat man sitting in front of me who completely blocked out my vision! I'd try to lean to the left, but then he'd always lean at the same time...it was quite irritating. However, with the grandeur of our home court stadium, I could tell whenever we capped by the wild and frantic cheering of the millions and millions of Malevolence fans! Ok...that's a lie...I'll admit it...I tricked the fat man into leaving by fabricating a story about free nachos...I'm not proud of myself, but sometimes you have to take one for the team. I think the highlight of this round was when M.DrFreak started talking about runny excrement, right when I was drinking my cola slurpee. Oh, those were some good times indeed. Note to self: DrFreak sits on the floor next time. From what I could see, offensive MVP goes to M.busta for getting a whole bunch of caps! He's a great guy and all...it's too bad he only has three days to live. Oh...I've already said too much. Carry on busta! I have no clue who the defensive MVP should be, and no one is answering me in the channel, so I'm going to give it to M.SoulTaker. Yes, I know, he wasn't even playing...but that just goes to show you how little respect I have for my defensive players. GOOD JOB SOUL...KEEP IT UP! Us benchies gotta stick together, you know. Second round saw the arrival of the X-FACTOR, WEIGHING IN AT 100 POUNDS, WITH A CURRENT RECORD OF 43-0, 42 BY TKO, WEARING THE PINK AND PURPLE BOXERS WITH THE TELETUBBIES ON THE BACK, THE UNDISPUTED FEATHERWEIGHT WOMEN'S CHAMPION OF THE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORLD, M.FOLTAGE!!! ***You Got a Friend In Me starts playing*** Returning from her exhile in Siberia, she graced us with her almighty presence! Also, I left my place on the bench and jumped into the server, towels and water bottles in hand. The round got going quickly, with both teams grabbing a quick cap. However, after that first cap the M defense clamped down, letting only a few more touches occur without letting any caps out. Meanwhile, the M offense, lead by M.banichi A.K.A Got Rice Bitch? got rolling, pulling out a few hard earned caps and even getting a few dets! I would just like to say at this point that M.foLtage shot me many, many times with the railgun, to the point where I just wanted to knock the tiara off her head...but I am a gentleman, and I calmed myself. Defensive MVP goes to M.depleted for some RR destruction...great job dep, if you aren't stoned I hope you are reading this! Offensive MVP goes to M.banichi for being so asian...FWIED LICE!!! Round ends with M on top 75-15!
