AFM over Ov`
Round1: Our defense held some crucial flags and posted the shutout. Meanwhile, our offense managed to slowly move out a few caps and score against a tenacious Ov defense.
Round2: We made some subs and thought that we had the match in hand, mostly because we felt that we had a solid lead considering the map somewhat favors defense. We couldn't have been more wrong, as the Ov offense made some crucial adjustments to our engyless defense. Their lighter offense managed to steadily cap, while our defense started to get more and more panicky. We slowly watched our round1 lead crumble, as the momentum swung totally in Ov's favor. In desperation, our bag soldier went engineer and built a sg in the flagroom to stop the scout that was tearing us apart. Soon we found the total score tied and four caps a piece.
Meanwhile, our offense started to pull out a flag at the eight minute mark, and slowly tossed it farther and farther towards the front door. In sheer desperation, we sent two defenders offense, at the one minute mark to cap the pulled flag. In a desperate scramble, The Philly Kid, James Stanley, somehow pulled the flag admist the smoke and gunfire and capped, with 30 measly seconds left.
