AFM over HOP

HOP vs AFM I, aka The Battle of Bears: FREDBEAR, Papabear, Mamabear.

Having lost six straight TFL matches, we decided that we were going to put a lot of time into preparing for this match and the hard work payed off.

Round1: We played at our new home: Fattie's server. The scouts came out fast and furious, and we slowly began to build a lead that grew as the round went on. We came close to getting an all comp, but a stingy HOP squad stopped our advances.

It is hard to report these type of matches on large cp maps, because while playing and watching hltv it is impossible to see the match versus HOP. What we did see were slices of the clan match versus HOP.

We're seeing that particularized perspective that that player or the hltv camera happens to be able to see at that moment, and it is not what's taking place. What you see is taking place, to be sure, but it is one slice, and it is the totality of that that is what this clanmatch was about.

After one round: AFM 145-90

Round2: we stayed in Fattie's server. We made substitutions but kept the same formula. HOP changed things up a bit, mainly abandoning their cp 5 engy, and we ended up getting an all cap two or three times. At some point, someone made the mistake of pulling out the cbar, and then someone pulled out the knife, and then someone pulled out the med pack, and then someone pulled out the incinerator cannon, and all hell broke loose, as everyone seemed to be content to stick their ax in the next poor bastards skull, and both teams didn't even spare leadership, the true gentlemens of TFC, who make sure that the rank and file remain civilized, no they were not spared the humiliation, no quarter was given, and I was accosted and beaten by |HOP|Gekko with a cbar (there will be revenge at some point, rest assured).

Anyway, it was a humorous match. The funniest part was when Stosh started singing that he had a computer det, and we all waited, and then everyone read on their screen Det defused by Scout and it was WUAH WUAH WUAH WUAHHHHHHHH all over again.
