r1 - RES's home turf
Round1 seemed pretty slow to start.. our offense wasn't exactly hitting it off very well with the L2D defense. Our defense really came through here by managing to prevent any captures until our O had crawled out way to a several cap lead. Progress was pretty steady till the end of the round, with our rushes to the pot being primarily done from ground-work. Round ended 130-10.
r2 - l2d's server
L2D really came to play this round, having certainly done something to spark their offense.. they pulled to a 4 or 5 cap lead within the first 10 minutes with very quick caps. Their defense likewise had managed to switch things up in order to shut down our love for attacking low. With some adjustments made, we later found a nice hole in their upper defense plus some excellent conc work from dman to allow us to catch up in short order. The round eventually ended with us being up by 1 cap - 90-80.
VGG, r2 made it quite thrilling.
