Damn what a sweet match tonight on Oppose2k1 !!
Great game }tHoL{ !!
Round 1 on tHoL?s server. Offense (King Nada, Slimr, Stiffy, Ghroth) got off to a slow start and defense (Yohan, San, Rim, Greenbudz, Dr) struggled for a bit at the beginning. We found ourselves down, then we got the lead, then we lost the lead, then we got the lead again. Finally, Donut hauls in the tying cap for tHoL with 2 mins left in the round. An awesome round that was back and forth, very fast paced. 70-70 tied.
Round 2 on /tmp?s server we made some substitutions. Rim went to go work on his house, Stiffy went to go see Matrix2, so Fubar in on defense and S-puff in on offense. Our defense felt much more comfortable on our server. Once again the offense starts off slow and tHoL drags out an early cap to take the lead. That was all they got though as everyone on defense started clicking and offense finally got warmed up, despite S-Puff forgetting that there is a teleport to use so you don?t get spammed to death by your own team leaving the base. 60-10 /tmp.
Tonight we said goodbye to a great team-mate and friend. /tmp/Slimr played his last match tonight wearing the Slash-Tee-Mmm-Pee tag. He is off to revive his old clan Nx for another run at the top, best of luck to him and the Next Level. Much love to Slimr, he?ll be missed.
