TTK over vx
Our first match against the new vx team. We had heard a lot about them, since they were supposed to tear us a new one. We were really looking forward to a great match.
Round 1 starts off slowly. Both teams feeling each other out and getting a few touches here and there. It seemed like both teams found a way to get the flag out at the same time as we capped first flags within a minute of each other. We started to get a few more touches and even brought the flag out to the shoop room a few times. The vx defense held on tough though and managed to get the returns. We traded slow caps throughout the round and we ended up tied.
Round 2 started out with some minor changes. We brought in Metal...who usually just tk's everyone and fails to touch a flag for 30 minutes...but tonight was different. He said he would only try to tk half the time and get us at least 2 touches. Well, our offense turned it up a notch and was able to keep the vx defense on their heels. Meanwhile, the defense was solid again for another round letting out just a few caps again.
