TTK over !
It was an extremely anticipated matchup tonight against the (!) crew. We knew it was going to be a tough match, especially since they were able to take the last match away from us in OT.
Round 1 starts off on the (!) server. Both teams started off slowly. A couple of touches here and there. Nobody really was able to move the flag at all. It took awhile, but our offense started to pound out a flag. Once we started moving it, it seemed as though we threw the (!) defense into a bit of confusion and we were able to keep a steady flow of caps going. (Plus a couple of nice Fuel det's). Meanwhile, the defense was able to shut out the (!) offense and limit the touches and the flag movement.
Round 2 was on our server. We knew (!) was going to make some ajustements, as all good clans do, to try and break our defense down. Again the round starts off slow. Both teams seemed to have a pretty good defensive groove. The (!) offense seemed to have a little more spark in them at the beginning as they were able to keep our flag room defense down and keep pressure on the flag. They managed to sneak out with the flag and make a quick run for the cap. Our offense did tie it up pretty quickly with a cap of our own. Both teams seemed to slow down after that. The (!) offense wasn't coming in with the same rush and intensity that they did in the begninning of the round and we were able to keep them out of the flag area for the rest of the round. Our offense pulled out one more cap before the round ended to give us the round win.
Great job (!)
