Dodge This vs Kill 'Em All
Well, if it isn't our old rivalries from KEA. We've definitely has a spotted past from all the matches over the past few years. It just seems that we always go into the match telling ourselves that this time it is going to be different. That the KEA guys are really interested in a good match, but instead it always seems to turn out unexpectedly.
Round 1:
Started off well. We traded the first cap, and then it seems their O just decided they didn't want to go for our flag anymore. They were content to just sit and spam our respawn from the back entrance of the base. Since STA hobbled us with their max D rule, our O couldn't expect to exit the back of the base with any kind of health or armor to speak of. Our offensive engineer who was tasked with repairing our generator was hindered in repairing the generator. I guess it wasn't so bad. With two of their guys staying at our back entrance, it meant that our D only had to guard the flag from just 2 flag carriers. 4 v 2 = no problem. Our O brought in 4 more caps, easily giving us the lead.

Round 2:
A lot more of the same. I guess their motto is, if it don't work the first round, try try again. They were able to squeeze out a couple flags on us, but in the mean time we were able to bring in a shit load of our own. Gentlemen, I bring you ownage.

Total: DT ? 140, KEA ? 30
Final Thoughts:
Well, wouldn't you know it, kids will be kids. Turns out the match didn't end after the second round. It continued in IRC, where much trash talking could be heard. We were sent PMs stating that they might dispute, and of course their behavior in the match wasn't near anything close to angelic. With a rivalry as old as ours, shit will happen, names called, bluffs, accusations, crying foul, you name it. At the end of the day it was still a final score of 140 to 30. Get over it, you lost.
