TTK over CoS

As always, CoS played a great match. Hats off to Tony and his team for playing a fun match.

First round starts off with none other than our famous telefragging tk's. About 3-4 guys had to wait because of that...it was great. CoS gets the first touch of the game off of that and the defense gets tested right off the bat. We were able to hold them for a few returns, but their offense kept the pressure up. It seemed like every time we got the flag to return, the flag was being taken out again. Meanwhile, our offense was off to a slow start. Our defense managed 3 returns before our offense kicked into gear. We were able to take our first flag out and successfully take it home. From then on, the offense kept the pressure on and we luckily raced home for some caps. Our defense did a good job, as they were being attacked by the constant CoS offense.

Round 2...we decided that we didn't want to take the chance of telefragging again...so we got off to the slow offensive rush. In fact..I don't think there was an offensive rush at all. We let the defense set up and we were set. The CoS offense wasn't about to go quietly though. They took home the first cap for the quick lead. Fortunately for us, our defense tightened up afer that. They locked down the flag room and were able to keep our flag home for the rest of the round. Our offense turned it up a notch and we seemed to get a lot more movement on the flag. Mixing up the offensive scheme...we were able to pull out some good caps for the win.
