Writeup:

CD over TFCC

Well, we lost to GOO on Scrummage in CAL last night and the experience paid off. Tonight we won against a very good clan, TFCC.
After a few server switches and some confusion about which server had the right map, we decided to play both rounds on our Seattle server. We held about a 20 ping advantage throughout.
The first round started with CD controling the center and holding for extended periods which enabled us to allcap 2 or 3 times (with all the spam and comms, I forget how many).
R1 CD - 190-77

The second round was different, TFCC didn't allow us to control the center as often as we would have liked. After we held the lead for the first 10 minutes of the round, took control and all capped 2 or 3 times (refer to above). We settled down with about 10 minutes to go and held the center long enough to hold the lead for the match.
R2 - TFCC - 171-136
Final - CD - 326-248

We have played TFCC 3 times in the very near past, including tonight, and all 3 have been fun and very clean matches.

VGG everyone.

Just to set the record straight: TFCC out-SCRUM'd CD, four to three... 0-2 rd1, 4-1 rd2. CD completely owned the middle of the map for much of the game, though, showing that it's territorial control, and not all-caps, that wins this map. Sorry about all the server confusion... gg, CD!
