Tonight on the fourteenth day of the ninth month of the two thousand and third year of BC (I forget what BC means) we played ][nsurrection on crossover2 8v8. Round 1 OH MY GOD WHAT A GREAT well I was playing soul caliber II and sucking over at a friends house. I played as spawn. He has this round spinning type thing that you smack people over the head with and im hear this was RA?s standard issue besides his assault cannon as he kept the floor of the bridge clean like a janitor doing his janitorial duties. According to offensive ventrilo, as I joined mid way through the match after speeding home, the rest of the D was playing paddy-cake in the basement. ][?s D was apparently doing very well as they held our O to 5 captures. Meanwhile on the defensive side of things RA had to go get a burrito and they capped 5 times. According to my hands and the amount of fingers I have up that means we tied. Round 2 Well they called on the almighty master of offensive button pressing team fortress classic style, yours truly, to lead the offense to victory. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH. Well things started out not so well when they captured the flag twice before we decided it would be a good idea to touch theirs or something like that. All I know is we were down and I swear to god when we?re losing its never the offense?s fault. royal?s round performance was a 30 minute constant seizure as his convulsions pointed his crosshairs towards the enemies and eliminated them so we could have our parties on the bridge. I decided to go through the water and try to get by blink who didn?t like me coming through the hole for some reason. We magically got a touch, then another, then a series of OMG HAX and WTF IS D DOING over ventrilo compelled us to pull the flag home. Then we wanted to really take it to them and got another cap WITH A RELAY. We?re strutting like peacocks and then we realize its tied. Oh shit better get back to work. Magically we pulled 2 more out while they were still busy running into our brick wall of a defense. Oh finally its time to relax. OH SHIT THEY CAPPED TWICE WTF IS THIS! Well shit we have to work again. Its tied 5 to 5 with roughly 5 minutes left or so. I picked up the flag and decided to run around in the basement for a bit, having no concs or grenades. They swiftly put an end to that. We somehow managed to pull a cap out with 2 minutes left and that was all folks. ][ was moving our flag but luckily they couldn?t bring it home. Round ended 6-5 in favor of us. Total score: TDA?s 11 to ][?s 10 Well tonight was a much better xo2 match than I would have expected since every time ive played crossover2 ive lost by unimaginable amounts of points. GG ][. On a side note a great clan tonight has closed its doors, GG GoW. You will be missed.
