TiTz over ViBig

Other than briefly holding the OGL 5v5 crown a couple times, this is our first title of any kind, even if it is only copper, we're proud of it. On to the recap.

rd 1 at the Crackhouse

Things started off reasonably slowly for both teams. ViBig picked up their offensive pace considerably a few minutes in and kept our D reeling throughout most of the round. it didn't help that apparently I was playing in the wrong position. :) Anyway ViBig's O worked us rather hard, and managed to hit our cap point four times(which is a lot for this map IMO). Our O was struggling a bit with coordinating their attacks, and the result was predictable as we only managed two caps.

This is where things got really intense. we brought the same nine guys back in we used in round 1, mostly because we didn't have anyone else. Both D's clamped down and the round was a stalemate for quite awhile. Then, almost magically, or so it seemed to us defensive types, we manage a cap. Followed a few minutes later by another. The score was tied! We knew time was running short in the round, and were perfectly happy taking our chances in OT. Then the unthinkable happens...ViBig manages to squeak one by what had been a very solid D, and we're down 1 again. I had gone from elation to sadness in the space of about two minutes. So our offense starts yelling at each other to get another, to tie it again. I don't mute them cuz sometimes they're amusing. Anyway a minute or two later, they deliver. Cappage! Score tied again! But wait, they had more to show us before the round was over. Another cap in the closing minutes solidified the win.
