Well we knew going into this match that it was not going to be easy. Seeing NULL's experience we knew they had been around the block a few times. As is always the case when a difficult challenge comes along: I sat out r1.
From what I heard it was crazy neck and neck the whole r1 until NULL got a 5 capper at the very end to pull ahead by 25. It was still anyone's game.
We were getting overrun at 4, so we dropped our roaming med for a 2nd soldier at cp 4. We were able to hold cp4 for nearly the entire match allowing the runners to focus on the other 4. It proved succesful as we got an early 5 capper and then mid-round a 2nd one. Then Arsenal crashed. And I was left trying to hold cp 4 by myself. NULL was cycling 2 soldiers to cp 4 so naturally I got owned. and then they got a 5 capper. down a man, there was no way we could have held off their runners well enough and the momentum was swinging in NULL's direction. Enter Lsd. Lsd took over at Arsenal's position and even though he came in cold, we were able to hold them off until the end of the round. dong by 30 round 2 and the match by 5.
