What a match.
Round 1. jD's server. Both teams come out blowing the underground passages. Both offenses struggled against two solid Ds. After a few touches by both teams, iS was able to get our flag out into the main room. However, our D quickly got into position and got it to return. Our didn't do as well and only moved it outside of the fr a couple times. 0-0
Round 2. iS's server. Well, yeah, the same damn thing happen. However, this time we were able to bring the flag down into the main room, and I thought "We got this one!" Wrong. iS was able to get more touches than us but was unable to move it far. Once again, both D's held. 0-0
OT. jD's server. Someone has to win this round right? Well, iS decided to take a risk. Their sol guarding the fr lift wasn't getting much action, so he went O. I thought they might do this so as soon as I realized it I told my team to whore the lift. We setup shop and watched our nades go down the hole. A couple mins later we had the flag near the shoop drop down and suddenly someone threw down. We threw it a little along the main room floor and somehow envy(who normally plays D) got the damn flag and walked it to the cap point :P . iS was able to get the first touches but our D tighten up like they always do :P.
Very good game. It was a fun friendly match. We would love to play it again.
