SoL over ARES

Wow what a crazeh map... no matter how many times we play that one, win or lose I am always exhausted. Talk about a major hit to the coffee buzz, bleh... all good though.

Round 1 SoL pulled their walls down first which brought an early touch and it was a drag out brawl for the flags after that... touches left and right on both sides and we were neck and neck the entire round. Round ends a very close 10-8 in favor of SoL

Round 2 we have Cent itching to get out of conc'd HWGuy hell so he sheds the heavy suit (ewww, we sent him to his room for that) and let him loose on offense. Quite a few changeups this round due to a major signup fluke but all good... off we go. This time ARES gets the door down first and manages a very fast touch. Things start out much the same as the first with a neck and neck race. ARES pulls ahead a bit as we work on getting settled in... Things start syncing for SoL about 10 mins in and we have a hot round, again must be a fluke ;p. Offense started pulling in caps fairly steady as our D gets stingy, including a couple crazy yard returns. Round ends with SoL ahead 22-10.

It was a very good game from the ARES folx. We look forward to the next one for sure. GGz!
