FOTL over DSF

Fun match with DSF. After last weeks match, I was looking forward to a less hostile environment. DSF was polite and straight up cool. Last time we played them, was during the DSF invitational, and they took us to the woodshed on Oppose2k1. Being this map was Darkness, I thought we were doomed. We never enjoyed Darkness during our days in OGL.

Round 1 was at DSF's house. I noticed FOTL pinged better on their server then they did. I don't know if that affected their offence. During practice, I saw alot of HH concs to flag, but DSF was hitting them right. they took the flag mostly from behind. SG always kept a tight eye on all points of entry, while maintaining a constant supply of ammo. FOTL Offence kept a steady pace of flag movements, not many relays tho. After 30 fast minutes, 18-8 takes this title match into the half.

Round 2 came over to FOTL's turf. DSF had an improved ping. It wasnt long until DSF attacked and had snatched up a fast flag. My jaw hit the ground lol. But then they started to peter out. FOTL's offence was busy filling up the rest of round 2 with touches/caps. DSF kept their heads up and fought til the very last minute. Round 2 goes 26-4 for FOTL.

Final score 44-12 FOTL. The Freaks retain the Copper Title and are looking forward to moving to bronze. Last time we went to bronze, we got a whiff of it, played a 0-10 game of Arise vs ADSL, and next thing we know, were scedualed to defend the Copper title again. And that was after it was handed down! GG to Ship and his crew. You guys played a clean and mm1-free match. thanks :)
