I really wish we could edit these comments. Here is MY writeup.
Round1, we were pretty much expecting to get stomped. But they seemed to send almost no offense. From inside the flag room it seemd they were running 3 O. On D comms everyone kept asking if they had offense. I saw the one scout here and there, but he kept missing concs and getting eaten by the sg. Suddenly, they had two spies in and they were getting flag movement. Midway through, the round, our O informed us that they had figured out their strategy and all we had to do was not suck. What a relief! 40-20 BD
Round2 we were feeling a little mroe confident. EF kicks into overdrive sending extra O and playing short on D. EVeryone starts capping like mad and we have several tense moments when our engineer decides he wants to go for wrench kills. I yell at him to recognize that we are down a cap. He says, "We are?" Well, the rest of the match is trying to make sure that we are not down more than a cap. We are down 2 with the match tied overall with 15 seconds left when our Hw decided to TK our flag carrier at our front door. The Go ahead cap was pulled from us and was on the ice bridge. the HW picks up the flag and starts that slow fat walk to the cap. CAps it with two seconds left while we all curse at him. I assume that our flag was hovering just above the cap point.
