-NULL- over LoTek

-NULL- vs [LoTek] TFL 3A First round playoffs - Map: Pipezone

Round 1
Hosted by -NULL-

Round got started on time and we were heading in with the majority of us having not played it before. Luckily we had HisJ who is a former |404| alum who helped us find a strat that worked to our strengths. We were pretty focused heading into this match after [LoTek] beat us up and eliminated us from the CAL playoffs a few weeks ago while the majority of our starters were on spring break. We were determined to not allow another possible title slip through our fingers by [LoTek]'s doing. We got out to an early lead and shortly after that the first quad sounded to cheers on Ventrilo as we rushed their doors and tried to control while our runners relayed. We managed to remain in control for the majority of the round with little pressure on our choke points from the [LoTek] crew. Round ends -NULL- up 254-189

Round 2
Hosted by [LoTek]

Whatever [LoTek] worked on and discussed between rounds definetly worked. [LoTek] was a lot more aggressive round 2 and managed to get a quad, the first quad we've ever had scored on us (from prior scrims). We got very lucky when they got their quad to have our demo push their doors and managed to kill 4-5 people making the damage minimal on the cap relay. Back and forth the points went and the round was unsure going into the final minutes. Round 2 ends 234-219 in favor of -NULL- and overall 488-408

GG to [LoTek] gl next season.
