Writeup:
mH over v4
Fun match! We spoke a few days beforehand and decided to change the map, and agreed on pipezone. I was, quite naturally, psyched, as few clans actually agree to play command point maps, especially the direct descendents of one of our most intense rivals, H2K.
We start filing into v4's Texas server around 9:40, not quite sure what we were doing. I managed to get it all together by the end of prematch, and off we went. H2K took the early lead, but we kept it close, within 20 points, for the entire round, and towards the end changed our strategy from trying to push their base to just trying to defend CP2 and CP3, and pulled ahead. We stretched the lead out to an amazing 6 points by the end of the round. mH up 219-213.
Second round we attempt to use the nice New York server Ruiner procured for us. Alas, it seems that once approximately 17 players connect to it, it goes from being a smooth server where 3 of my players, including myself, ping under 25, to a server that freezes every 3 seconds. *sigh* We agree to go back to v4's server, which is suffering somewhat. Pretty much everybody was up above 100ms until I started my magical ping chant by spamming MM1 with my improvised down-arrows, V's. We all decided to try a spawn order, as basically half our team telefragged the previous round. Unfortunately, we are morons and everybody waited, and half our team still telefragged. H2K pulled out a little faster this time, alternately pushing very heavily through lower, then bridge, then CP2, and so on and so forth. However, we reestablished our forward defense and about 20 minutes in all-capped. We all-capped once more before time ran out, and ended with a decent lead, 247-184.
mH takes the match 466-397. GG v4.

It was gonna happen sooner or later, glad it was against an old and well established clan like mH personally. Good game guys, see ya next time.
We no longer do CP maps! I hope.

Both all caps I was in my spawn, so I didn't get to have any fun with quad damage :( Not that I would be able to hit anything anyway, I'd still like the opportunity.
