Well, I never thought I'd be typing this, but the time has come. Tonight was Creeping Deaths last match. Fortunately for us, we got to play a fun clan |3eeR|.
We played both rounds on the |3eeR| server. We were all waiting for PM to end when, as luck would have it, my cable went down (GG Adelphia). Fortunately for us Circ was ready to jump in and the round started without me. From what I was told, our D had some great comms and held our flag tight. In the meantime our O was putting constant pressure on the |3eeR| defense. After the dust settled, CD had the lead, 96-34.
We made a couple subs for R2 to make sure everyone got a chance to play. This round was a bit different as both clans defenses broke down often. For a while it looked like |3eeR| was going to steal our thunder and send Creeping Death off into the night with our tail between our legs. Then with a few minutes left, our O got a couple relays and our D managed to slow down the |3eeR| onslought just enough. This round ended in favor of |3eeR|, 124-87.
