D over IKK
Well, round 1 started out pretty much as we expected. A few good telefrags and then spam gallore. The Decepticons started the momentum early and seemed to keep flags on the move quite a bit. Meanwhile our D held strong and didnt let many through. Round 1 ends in our favor 110-20.
Second round, a lot more of what was to be expected. A lot. IKK's D held tighter this round with 2 demomen and a couple of soldiers that seemed to be everywhere. Wherever they weren't, a grenade was. It worked and they held us to 8 caps round 2 while their O turned it up a notch and brought in 70. At one point I think we had 1 defender in base defending the flag while the rest of our D was in the yard, but it was a lot of fun inadvertantly concing them across the map.
All in all, it was as clean as a match as you can get on mulch_trench and we're happy to win our second match.
