The folks over at browneye wanted to change the map. We felt we needed work as a team on CP type maps so we decided to play CZ anyway. They bitched at us for it, but it was the map TFL wanted us to play so :P to them.
Round 1 was going to be on our server, however we had some server problems getting the maxplayer set to 22. We restarted the server like 3 times, and browneye was bitching up a storm so we went to browneye's shit hole for a server. At 9:30 (_*_) finally got 10 people. In PM (_*_) said they were running RF many times, but it never displayed a thing, so we were sure they didn't. We checked the rosters and saw that the players in the server were ok. We also noticed that decap is on the roster. We thought that was rather funny seeing how we just played him in another clan on monday. Sup multi clanner! Anyway, we had a strat and they didn't I guess cause we won the round.

Round 2 was back on our server cause joe rocks and fixed our server. (_*_) had 7 at first so we gave them a restart. They got 9 and the match started. Everything went like round 1 for IKK. We were up around 100 points with 10 minutes left, and they started dropping saying things like this is pointless. CB also dropped at one point because he got owned by some guy named orange and he didn't like it. But we made him come back and whack his gun some more. (_*_) had about 6 or 7 guys. We thought about letting up, but we capped on them anyway getting 4 or 5 all caps including one in the last 20 seconds! WEEEEEEEEEEEEE

GG (_*_) we had fun, sorry you didn't. Oh and btw, leaving your base and killing the other team during PM is illegal :) Careful, next time you might actually win and the other team could dispute you :O

Map sucks and you guys only wanted to play it because you actually practiced it for 3 days. Stop acting like you needed the practice for all the CP maps coming up in all leagues. But w/e, you guys seem excited you won anyway. Had you guys NOT practiced it, I bet the farm you would have agreed to switch maps. But since you guys got forfieted on last week, that prolly left a bad taste in your mouths, therefore you prolly felt obligated to have to make up for it this week. Thats OK, I respect that. But just because 10 people from IKK enjoyed the map, doesnt mean (_*_) must play the entire duration of round 2. Its only beating a dead horse. Also, from what I understand, (_*_) was upset before round 1, because IKK did well over 5 server restarts just to change the slots to 21. It only took them 25 minutes to finally give up and play on (_*_)'s server for round 1, so yea, no wonder why some people were upset. IKK was determined to play round 1 on their own server, despite delaying the opposite team.

since you brought it up, we shouldn't have counted your score from round 1 either since your guys came over to our base and killed us -and- didn't run ringerfree.
I suppose it is too bad that we didn't want to play a 'real' map to accomodate you. It's our fault none of you were prepared for a map where team work is a huge ingredient to success. Sorry. Next time we'll play openfire_l or shutdown2 just for you.

I was the one restarting the server. I did it 4 times. I never ONCE saw any of the (_*_) guys say "hey, lets go to our server" I'm not saying you didn't say it, but I never saw it. All i saw was "how about restarting the server with the right cfg guys" so thats what i tryed to do.
Now as for us practicing the map, all I can say is laff. We practice an hour before match and thats about it. We went over flag runner routs and what the other people should do, yes. But we do not have 20 active people to prac a 10v10 map, and we din't have a scrim either.

when you run RF it displays many things like "Ringer Free Version 2.2.2 running" and "record personal demos!" and also has a timer for the match saying 15 10 5 and less than 1 minute remaining. Not once did it display a thing. If you did run RF then send me the log. If you did run it I will post on every forum saying im sorry for saying you didn't.

Owned on CZ, wow..some one dub these guys the kings of TFC. Guy, all I was saying was this was a poor choice of a map for a title match. As well, I just wanted to point out how regardless even if TFL wanted the map to get played, you guys insisted (which means you were confident in whatever practice you got in). So you win a CP map and that owns us. OK. Dont act like because you guys 'practiced a map' that makes you a better team. FACT, over 50% of TFL matches changed their map. So shame on us for not practicing it? No, try we got stuck facing a team who just so happened to want to play the map. Its ok, a CTF will come along, and we'll see if history repeats itself. Shame on you guys if you dont practice for that, huh.

Just to clarify Brownmouth I don't play for IKK nor any other clan anymore. I'm just trying to understand what the fuss is about. Maybe TFL has changed since I last played, but doesn't the leagues set a map for the week well in advance? If so how come you guys didn't practice that map throughout the week? What if the roles were reversed? Can you honestly say that had your team practiced and IKK didn't and wanted to change the map you would oblige?

Brownmouth, thats because people are a bunch of pussies that want to play everything 8v8 on every map; usually openfire or sd2 or some VASTLY OVERPLAYED MAP that no one has to practice because they've played it so much that they have it burnt in their memory. Everyone cries so much about playing canalzon or any other CP map for that matter cause it takes actual TEAMWORK, not just an "ownage" fd soldier or an hw that "rapes" , i mean by no means do I love CP maps, i am simply stating that it does take more teamwork than most 9v9 / 8v8 maps , would you disagree? and by the way, you were asking hudson and he said he would see what he could do or something to that effect, then he asked us and the general clan consensus was that we wanted to play canalzon, which is now mandatory(can't change map on title match), if you don't like us because we didnt change the map for you i suggest you go see the TFC Better Business Bureau.
