can't say no-one didn't see this loss coming. for god's sake look at their roster...
truthfully though, itz is a decent group and were good sports about putting up with some nLv nonsense (mostly on my part) :]
rd1 they snuck in a cap after getting some single point movement and fighting hard against the flag chasing nLv offense in the yard/basement to bring one home, giving them a good lead. nLv gets movement a few times, but not far enough up the stairs to secure the points and ends up being shutout rd1.
rd2 some of our core D has to sit out for whatever reason and last second we throw WL on D saying "I dunno, play soldier somewhere." Turns out that strat doesn't work too well on gleadhraich and itz does its damage.
I score nLv's first 7 points (go me), and then everyone gets a little piece of the action once rd2 turns into a pub and we start seeing snipers and pyros coming at us. Sponge loses a flag on our batts and itz returns it before we can get to it. My own personal highlight: linkdead tries to crowbar me with 60 health or so, while I walk away with the flag and itz's shutout :D
getting tired of the politics of this game... will continue to consume large quantities of beer so as to avoid getting overly frustrated at lame matches like this. had fun... but could have had _more_ fun :] gg itz
