BV over DMS
Well this match was a great welcome to STA. Good clean, gib-ridden, shotgun in the teeth, mirv down your pants kinda match.
rd1:
c0w takes off for god-knows-where and we play down a man for have the round they are staying up a cap or so until c0w finally pulls his head out of his forth point of contact and shows up. We manage to be up a cap at the end.
rd2:
Everyone has everyone and we lay-to again. Both teams seem a little savvier this round and caps are harder to get at the onset. Both teams find some stuff that works (or dumb luck steps in) and we start to cap more at the end of the round. We somehow again find ourselves up a cap at the end.

Horrible lag first round, we're new to STA so we didn't know the rules quite well on changing servers due to lag, hence it wasn't mentioned. Most of us pinged 140, while others got to such crazy numbers as 638 and 720, our main flag capper also lagged out of the server so we played with 8 while they had 9.

I will agree that we had some lag spikes toward the end of the match on our server. I will agree that your clan' pings sucked. They sucked both on our server and yours. Not much I can do about that. With any luck I will now cause links to the round end screenies to appear before your very eyes.

Does you clan leadership know you are out on the boards spouting lame excuses? BackDoor struck me as the kind of guy that didn't go in for that shit.

Sylon always whines after he loses, don't worry about it Alpha. As for BackDoor, he had 350 ping on both servers, so rather than trying to blame their server, blame his 56k connection.
They played with 8 for most of Rd1, so it evens out doesn't it? Yes, I believe so.
AND as for not knowing the rules, well sorry if you're new, but as a leader you should know all the rules. Can't blame anyone but yourself for that one buddy.

Well, 1st round the average pings were BV(home) 43 to 101. 2nd round BV(away) 59 to 99. For an average of 51 for BV to an average of 100 for DMS.
I looked through all the rules, and I didn't see any mention of 'lagged out' servers, just the traditional stuff. Sylon, this was also the fifth match for DMS listed for STA. I like Lithium's review.
Backdoor, there are any former 56kers around that may be able to help with that ping and playability. I myself, played with 56k somewhat longer that what was 'normal.' Ask and post some info if you are interested in seeing some suggestions to help with it all.

Don't bother listening to 'LiTHium. For some odd reason he seems to have some sorta problem with me.
As for the rules. I did read through the rules and I saw nothing about lagged out servers, so I didn't know how to approach it, hence the silence.
It's ok though, I am learning as I go along.
Also for the end pings, my ping was pretty much like 30 the whole match, but it didn't feel like 30 ping. It choppy and would fluxuate.
But since STA dosn't mention anything about laggy servers, and I am suppose to somehow know, then this loss isn't really a favorable one for me.
Just like with ViBig and the constant OvO, of our 3 losses only TFCC played clean (BV! played clean) and lag free.
I am not spouting lame excuses, my reasons are valid. As for Backdoor, he is not a leader.

I guess someday you'll learn that giving "reasons" for losing is poor sportsmanship. People will respect you a LOT more if you just say gg and move on instead of trying to explain to everybody "why you lost."
The reason I have a problem with you is because you submitted scores after the [ViBig] match saying you had won, even though you had lost. Tell me how fucking lame is that? You should have been punished by the STA admins, they must have not seen it or something.

Go back and read the ViBig vs DMS match comments. I posted there, nub.
I had no idea how posting scores worked, I didn't know that the loser didn't have to post scores, however the problem was fixed and we apologized to Stiffy for the inconvinience, so actually read into things before you create a smear campaign.
Even then, ViBig posted the wrong scores.
