GTO over iS
So GTO vs. iS-
We owed these guys one- specially after our last match... so we went into this one w/ a crazy mentality, heck we were even ready to play @ 8:30.
So yeah, round one comes and goes. We played STK on o and Niggle went D for us. It turned out pretty well. I think iS lost their second cap in the pit, and then GTO started relaying a few towards the second half of the round. iS pulled one more out, with a few minutes left.
So we head into the break, wondering wtf we are going to do cuz even though we did well, we always like to try and screw ourselves. Hence after about 3 roster changes, it turns out r2 roster was gonna stay the same :-x.
Then GTO's d, just started ruining everything in site. Great Game to them- Niggle freaking, i don't know, I'd say hacked but that might get me in trouble. Wyloc was a beast. Span, TB, and Rake just locked it down. The D posted a shutout.
Our offense on the other hand... is a different story. See we are a little, uhm, "different"...
Anyway we thought it was cool to lose one in the pit and THEN w/ about 14 minutes left, we pulled our best trick yet. Yeah, Nomad- being the cool cat he is- decided to try and take one out back, through the ruins. Well good for him, bad for the HW that met him there. So yeah, flag stays there for oh... 5 minutes? getting touched like every four seconds, while the entire iS d is on it. So then we get even COOLER... and take it back through the base- only to get it stuck at the bag. This might have been a record... yeah we ended up losing the flag... but the flag was moving for, oh... maybe 10 minutes? Yeah GG us.
Overall this match was completely different from last time we played iS. Primarily in the fact that it was ENJOYABLE, and no one acted like fgts.
