as we had some trouble internally in our team, and therefor we had a few forfeits and bad losses, we had to reorganize, and tonite, this fresh new(ish) team was on its "maiden match" and we had to face the fine eskimos who have a bad eating disorder.
anyways, tonite a handfull of fresh recruits, got introduced as Avengers, to the tfc community, hail to them, for they be kool :P
so we have practice, and we are actually... practicing, after a more then decent layout talk on strats wich we could use, basicly there is no strat, cus its scrummage, and that has got to be 1 of the weirder maps out there :P
after we debated if we could use 2 hw's in a 9v9, and concluded you could, so we ended up with a second hw as a option.... sumwhere... so it turned out, that we basicly used 2 hw's for 10 minutes, and thats about it.
after all... its scrummage....
so, round 1 starts, and we field our 9 people, and had southern, delonge, zerowned, nutty natters, oggy, serenade, thriver, atlas, and myself :D how bout that for a first (cough cough) appearance :P
we had zero hw, and i initially played second hw, after i got bored of being pwnd as scout (damn that class dies to easy :P ), Atlas was spiking like mad, so i couldnt put his hw as well, but he ran engi with moments of 400 ping lol, and still enjoying his game :P gotta luv him. kcyn would also have played, but he was feeling ill a bit, so natty stepped in for him.
so we are off on a flying start, i actually was able to hit a few concs lol, and pretty soon we had 2 fast scrums, and then the fun really started, because they where short by 2 at start, but pretty soon they also had their 9 players i think, MyrrAr had a sweet airshot on me... omg i hope i dont end up in potw 46 :P
well, several scrums follow and the round ends with us leading by a mile :P
then we had round 2, and they again start of short, poor BV! , but luckely they again get the 9 needed troughout the match :) and like always, BV! comes back for the fite, i so love that clan :), best sports in tfc for sure.
this round, stang wants to play, and subs for serenade, and this round, BV! had things much tighter, because it was alot harder to get close enough to their base to get easy scrums.
i went hw again, for 2 seconds, then decided that i had to give in to my emp addiction, so i went engi, and started building a bit, trying to emp everything in sight, ... mostly my own people :S... sorry guys and gall, but i do luv ya ^_^, zero is ripping it up again like he did in round 1, atlas was lagging it up again, like round 1, but.. his ping dropped, and he started to pwn hard :P, natty, like usuall, killed everything in sight, probly should get her a color monitor... :P (eventho i had more tk's then her, im sure hehhe) stang, oggy, thriver, delonge and our rebel, all kept doing the same thing like round 1, trying to not give 1 inch, and they pretty much managed that, i had my fun with making them look for my teleports :P so what more can i wish for :D oggy gets the last scrumm, and natty is nagty towards a girl who was at serenades house :P (no not that!!!! she's nagty, not NAGTY!! big difference :P )
this round, we also win by a mile, and afterwards we feel a lil bad because of us not giving 1 inch to them, but as far as i can recall, they did have 1 or 2 scrums , so we didnt totally shut em out either :)
very good game BV! its always such a pleasure playing your clan and fairplay clan :) you guys are an example i think :)

lol, ur so right, musta been high or sumtin oggy, dunno why i called de vikings eskimos hehehe, stoned probly, or just the lack of sleep, anyways, BV! rox, and so do the eskimos :P
probly also messed that up, cus playing either BV! or bE kinda feels the same, cause they both have a honest and funpacked game going :D
this thursday i will have restored the lack of rest i had and will be able to write a decent writeup again. (lol, do i wanna beat adsl? yes i do :P )

and well, can change the alaskan resort to, the place where ragnarok still is part of dayly life, where we drink mead out of the skulls of our enemies, and enjoy the frolics of loki.
the eating disorder remains :P
please, get some table manners :P (other type of disorder, wel known among the vikings ;)

as i have proven, no sleep and to many smokes make u mess up, and in my case, i should rewrite the writeup lol.
anywayz, i do have some time for it now :P
so, instead of us taking the trails up north to visit the disordered eskimos for some seal-pie, and icebear-tacos, we headed towards scandinavia, to visit the awesome blody vikings, and visit them at odins palace, for a good nite of skull bashing and mead drinking, maybe pillige a small village and steal some women, and make fun of the viccar, who tries to get us into the church, by the gods and goddesses, doesnt he realise that valhalla is the place for the proud and strong, that fell onto the battlefield? for they be viking rawr.
-where's me mead- *drinks the horn filled with mead till the last drop* -k *burpz* time to challenge be headviking for a game of tfc-
so, we head into the viking tfc arena, and face a scary team of 7 horned helmet, battle axe and battle hammer slashing, long bearded vikings.
we come up with 9 avengers, with a few new faces among them, and we see the vikings think it over a bit, after all, 7 fearless vikings, vs 9 fearfull avengers, thats still not good odds, after all, they r avengers, and they have a job to do, called avenging :P
so we leaders walk up to the center court, take out our victory skulls, fill em with mead, bring a toast to battle, drink the skulls dry, and roar our battle cry... may the games begin!!
as we leaders return to our teams, we all are preparing for war, sharpening our swords, and making more arrows for our bows, and getting drunk, so we as well, are able to call on the berzerker powers, may the gods and goddesses aid us in our battle.
ok, the preperation time is over, and the gates drop, omg the battle has begun!!
we all run out screaming as if we had a force of 100 men, and we took over our battlements straight away, followed by center court, right after that, the vikings had possesion of their battlements, and had dug in and called on loki to aid them in this battle, but we had summoned the powers of berzerk and gave praises and offerings to thor, and thor was on our side on this 1, and with his help, our wonderfull avengers, managed to take advantige of the fact that the vikings didnt have a full team yet, and the fast offence took 2 scrums, befor the vikings had been able to get 2 more warriors to wake up from their slumber.
by then we saw that the vikings began to change their strats, and they became less defencive, and started to push back hard. myrrar was on fire, foaming at the mouth, omg he reached berzerker stage, and i know it, he started to hit me hard, even double hitted me into the air at 1 time, he was scary..... so i ran away and avoided him as much as i could... damn berzerkers, only good when they are on MY team.... ;)
the war gets fought hard, very hard, all around me i see brave vikings take their last trip to valhalla, and i see many avengers do the same, have a good time at the feast of odin guys *me winks away a tear, such brave men*
in the main time, we had managed to get a few more scrums, and the vikings did the same, in this battle of the gods.
then the voice of odin spoke from the clouds, and he told us it was time for the break, and to change sides on the battle field. the leaders walk up to centercourt again, take out the victors-skulls again, fill them with mead again, and drink em dry, as battle brothers, we blow our horns, and call the break.
so its breaktime now, and all of us avengers are sitting round the campfire, overlooking the first battle of the day, and we are pleased to see that thor was helping us out as he did.
so we pillaged a nearby village, and stole a cow, and sacrificed it in his honor, as a small token of our gratitude towards him, and his mighty powers.
we have a change in our team, because 1 of our clanelders came in, and told us he was needing to slay a few anemies, and collect their skulls, so he can get a full set of mugs to give to his sister and her husband to be, at their wedding as his pressent. how kool a gift can u give, so we let him in, and let our young warrior serenade enjoy his first battle as an avenger, at the safety of the campfire, and the good care of our women, he fought hard, and he fought well, we know for sure that odin noticed his fury.
odins voice speaks again from the clouds, time for the final battle of this fine nite.
as tradition wants it, we leaders again meet at the center, and we drink our mead and give the sign the battle is about to start again, we praise eachothers bravery, and return to our designated zones.
my guys are again having a small feast in preperation for the last battle, the good outcome of the first battle, had given them extra strenght and confidence, the mead probly had to do with that as well, but how the hell else will u reach berzerker stage? :P
we call onto thor again to aid us in our last fight, and we gave offerings to odin, to praise his allknowing wisdom.
the gates dropped, and so did 2 vikings... damn, thats not right...
anyways, the war goes on, and after a short wile, 2 fresh vikings return, and they are on a mission this time, fighting much harder then befor, and befor they already fought very hard, i think they hit the mead hard inbetween battles, and asked loki for more help, cause they went berzerk, and started ripping it up, but...
us avengers, as i mentioned, also had been drinking more mead, and even gave a whole cow to our beloved thor, and his powers really did help us out, he battled loki, and loki lost!
and so did the vikings, they fought harder then ever befor, and alotta brave brave warriors are now feasting with odin, and catching up with old, longfallen friends from the past.
and many of the battling avengers have joined them for that feast, but the overall outcome of this godly battle, turned out in favor of the avengers, with alot of help of the mighty thor.
odin will be proud of both teams in this fine battle, we all fought with honor, the honor of vikings.
hail BV! thou truly be a honorable clan
clan of Avengers will respect thy for ever more.
