MoC over -459
Today we got to play -459! We didn't get to much practice but we had a strat we seemed pretty comfortable with. We headed into the server with a good roster on 2mesa3 which I personally hate.
ROUND1: Offense- Stridex, Diablo, Killian, warlord. Defense- PSYCOSACK, Prime, gangsta, ari. Round started off with a crappy scout rush by us and a good scout rush by them. They got the flag down and in a matter of a couple minutes they capped. We started trading capps until it was about 2-2, then our demo gangsta droped, which caused all sorts of problems. For the first 10 minutes or so we were neck and neck at 5-5. Gangsta happened to drop again but was back shortly. OvO started to break out, but that was when our o seemed to finally pull out with alot of caps. Relay after relay, campfire after campfire. They started to pull it together towards the end, but before they finally held it together, the round was over. 13-5 in favor of MoC.
INTERMISSION: Their wasn't as much fighting in irc as i expected, which is a good thing. Everyone was ready for round2 and we headed back on in. A couple of our guys were upset about the ovo but im sure some of 459 were too.
ROUND2: Same lineup as round1 and we're feeling a bit more comfortable with the big lead. The round started the same way as before with 459 getting the first cap. Only difference is that they seemed to keep on getting more while we kept letting flags return constantly that were down in there main room. Pretty frustrating and it went on for long time. About half way through we started getting more. I'm pretty sure our d decided to let gangsta do all the work or somthing cause they're mean but who knows. The ovo was even worse this round and I will admit that it was pretty bad on our side and I apologize for that. Other than that it was a good game. Round2 ended 11-8 MoC. Good game -459, gl and see you in the future.
