TFL 2a Championship Match
Map: Waterwar
Round 1: We were so pumped for this match I can't describe it in words. Pregame started around 6:30 est. We strapped our WWI German Conscript helmets and were ready to go. We allowed -459 the use of a ringer. The [INC] offense was very fast paced in the first half of the match. There was no mercy. Our defense was soft and solid at the same time. Bend but don't break. The offense rallied a 6-1 lead early on and the defense went to work. End score rd1: 120-30
Round 2: Big absolute subbed it up for -459 in round 2. [INC] ran the same lineup. Our offense was slower than at first in the last round. I believe the ringer played defense this round. We held the shutout until about 9 minutes left in the round. Lots of screaming and laughter on the [INC] vent. I got knifed when I was alt tabbed. 200 craters and suicides later the 459 offense could not make up the deficit. End score rd2: 80-30
Final: 200-60
