-459 over INC
So, after getting our fudge packed by ae -- excuse me -- INC on waterwar last Thursday (with a whole slew of excuses at our disposal but suffice it to say we got outplayed), we anticipated the matchup on scrummage with mixed feelings. There were those of us who didn't think we had it in us. There were those who said that even glaciers aren't holding up well these days (Did you see Al Gore's movie yet? How was it?) and we have nothing to fear. All the while, others couldn't wait to go engage in underage driking with fake ISs.
I can't talk about fake IDs without remembering the Beavis and Butthead episode in which they attempt to grow beards. That was a good one!
So, after nice little scrim with DvS (who helped boost our confidence, ty guys!) we thought we had at least some semblance of organization tonight.
But, wouldn't you know it, rd1 starts off not so hot, with INC taking an early lead, though not by too much. It became the battle for center as there was little movement into either enemy territory and it was a rather low scoreing rd with no scrums. INC led the round up until the last few minutes when we pulled out a HUGE 4 pt lead.

RD2 -459 apparently picked it up a lot b/c off the bat we get the center arena and maintain that dominance until the shrill sound of
- - - S C R U M M A G E - - -
could be heard echoing across the concrete plains! INC didn't lay over and play dead. Even though their score was still in the single digits at that time, they picked thier asses up, pushed us back across the map, and answered with a less triumphant and extremely lucky scrum of thier own, mostly due to Absolute spending 3 minutes attempting to TK me so i could return to the center with nades. Good idea. Next time wait til i have less than 75 H | 150 A
That scrum and the ensuing dominance of the center arena gave the lead to INC. But, the fight wasn't out of us yet as we regain our composure, wipe the tears from our eyes, take a deep breath.. exhale and kinda whimper a little... then get another SCRUMMAGE!
From there out we hold center and bring home the trimphant V (for victory).
GG INC. Was a good matchup.

Yes, we know we lost to INC on thursday. So what? We had about 1/2 of our regular roster and had to even use a ringer. We had practically no warmup and were still figuring out what to do during the match. No surprise we lost. Why don't you make a big deal out of it?
Actually, the ae thing it was kind of an inside joke since between rounds we all had a walk through TFC memory lane with glacier. We decided that glacier being on the roster was sufficient cause for INC to be considered ae (yes, we were totally sucking him off).
(If you look at the kills, however, you could argue that the two ae players had a pretty big impact on the match.)

plague and rova are probably better hwguys than havok and glacier, and your hwguys had the two most kills as well
you guys practiced for like 2 hours the night before, and had a scrim right before the match.. we played 2fort and mulch_dm for half an hour
if i wanted to play ADL maps like avanti and warpath and this shit I would of joined an ADL league

whoa we are ae now damn glaicer barly plays for us.He played last night which was a surpise but the other wins we done it without him so yeah i guess glacier does carry us even while he doesn't play in matches since hes that damn good.Maybe next time we will play on a real map since ADL maps are the maps u guys seem 2 beat us on so far. well lets see, on waterwar that nite we had Me, caesar ( the usual Offense ), then we had Quicksilver who has been inactive just showed up out of nowhere, and Kerpal ( who plays Defense ) on O and as for Defense we had Stayne, KK, 4est, MD (ringer), and im forgetting someone else :(
as someone else stated, that's not our usual lineup, but we still had people who showed up and filled in for the open spots, as for winning ... i guess that's the only thing ur clan cares about since u guys dont seem to be taking a loss that easily.
