What can I say. R1 was pretty shitty on 459's end. We took 2 flags to the top spiral and for whatever reason, we just didnt cap them. They got 4 however, and we got 2.
Breaktime. I smoke a cigarette because I'm cool. Tercel has this revelation in IRC.

I'm making line drive concs while abs is emping shit on the bridge, its getting crazy. They're getting some movement but not much as AZero is destroying their all but mediocre offense. Suddenly we get some tosses and Abs ends up with the flag and runs it through our base up to the cap point. At this point Azul contemplates hanging himself.
Overall it was a pretty boring match, but OT was awesome. 2fort is really shitty and I'm glad it's only 1 week.

-459 is a silver/2a clan and has been for the last 2 years. Just because they force us into the rape room that is 1a/Gold from time to time doesn't make us 1a/Gold.
Was a close and intense match. The team-oriented play (6+ Defense when flag gets moved) made it difficult but kept things close and fun. It was a good match from my perspective (whoring lower resup).

The 6 defense was a mistake and did nothing more than cripple our offense. We told Cyrus to go medic a few times, but I guess he was more inclined to ruin Tercel's night.
It was close and it was intense. Tercel is a loudmouth and Cyrus is a potshotting day-laborer. That about sums up the match

Who cares how much D was used by who? It was a TFL match. After playing TDA and them using 6 D vs us on Shutdown2 to keep a shutout on us, I've come to expect nothing less from a TFL match.
I actually thought both teams played smart. It was a team-oriented match. When flags moved, some O stayed back to help save it. Of course, when BoA's O stayed back, we sent one of our D over to help our O. I know that BoA did the same a few times (since I killed their HW in our base twice). So, imo, it was a hard-fought but good match.
