uC vs iS
I was told before the match we were good at this map. Then I was told we would run two engies and I was one of them. At that point I started thinking of ideas for the writeup because it was over before it began.
We seem to have some type of e-rivalry with iS through KSE so Pointless was pumped for this one. The rest of us kind of sipped latte's.
Round 1 - The D shit on the O in practice so we knew it was lockdown time. Had a few return faces to our ranks for this match. Scrappy decided to grace us with his CRAZYNESS. Fong played after rejoined after his semi-long hiatus. That being said the lineup was O - clutch, Brick, Scrappy, Edub D - Goose, Leg, Steelhead, Fong, Thought. We went a good chunk of the round not allowing a touch but Leg got ADD while i was running all over the base being ninja and their spy got a few. We returned them all so it was ok. Round ended after our O pulled out 2 tough caps and we lead 2-0.
Halftime - I didn't hear shit on vent or see anything on irc because my wireless connection all night was terrible so i had a 40k ping on vent. We decided to bring in the big guns for round 2.
Round 2 - Pointless came in. He crushed faces. Our O did ok, i guess. We win 4-0.
MVP - Pointless. The man is just TOO good at what he does. He gets railgun kills in his sleep. At one point he told me, Hey thought go take a nap dude I got this. It was an honor to twin spanner guard the flag for the last 3 minutes of the match. We never got to test them out though because our sg's mowed them down too fast. Oh well.
GG iS see you next time. Knowing us we will only be worse than this time. Teams don't improve in TFC. Go figure.
